Gotcha Talking requires at least 7 days' notice when cancelling booked sessions. Should you need to cancel, and are unable to rebook within the therapy cycle, a missed appointment fee of 100% of the session cost will be charged. The missed appointment fee will only be waived under the following conditions:
- When notice of at least 7 days or more is given to our staff.
- When you are unable to attend the therapy appointment due to a medical emergency or hosptial admission.
- If your therapist cancels the therapy appointment.
Failing to attend two consecutive appointments, will result in your appointment time being forfeited to another client on the waiting list.
If we are required to travel to your appointment and you fail to cancel, a travel fee will still be charged.
How to pay:
We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit.
If you would like to pay by credit card please call our office on 0473 396 376 or you can complete a credit card form which can be emailed to you upon request.
